1. Delivery Charges and Timelines – India
- We offer free shipping for all orders above Rs. 2000.
India orders are usually delivered within 5 -10 business days Saturdays, Sundays and Indian public holidays are not set as business days for standard
deliveries.

The express delivery service is available at a fee which will depend upon the weight and/or volume of your shipment. Do call us to get an estimate.
2. Delivery Charges and Timelines – International
- Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated as per destination country and pin code.
- Once you place the order, our team will get the best shipping rate from our courier partner and let you know via email/whatsapp.
- After you accept the shipping charges and make the payment, the order will be processed for delivery.
International orders are usually delivered within 14-21 business days

If applicable, Duty as mandated by your country of shipment will have to be borne by the customer. In case duty is applicable, you will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, ForestKraft will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for refund.
